PaintFest

At this year’s AT&T Classic, nearly 2,000 spectators participated in PaintFest, a program by the Foundation for Hospital Art that involves hospitals, patients, corporate volunteers, mission teams and church congregations.

PGA TOUR professionals and caddies, Classic volunteers and spectators joined forces at the Classic’s PaintFest — sponsored by the Southern Company — to produce 29 paintings. Fourteen six-panel paintings will be placed in Egleston and Scottish Rite Children’s Hospitals in their newly expanded facilities. Another 15 four- and six-panel paintings will be sent to various hospitals on the Mississippi coast, which are rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina.

Thanks to Southern Company, volunteers, spectators, players and caddies for making this project a reality.
